Keith
Keith is our Commercial & Storm Divisions Manager. He has more than 25 years experience in this industry. His certifications include ECTP-Employee Certification Training Program as well as ASD-Applied Structural Drying Technician, OCT-Odor Control Technician, SRT-Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician, and WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and finally, Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA) Certified and Professional Mold Inspection Institute Certified (PMII).
Tracy
Tracy is the Office Manager for all of Team Weaver and works out of our SERVPRO of Ebensburg office.
Steve
Steve is the Director of Business Development. He joined the team in 2020 after a career with the federal government. His certifications include WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and OSHA10 Construction Industry Training Program Certification. He is a Shippensburg University grad. When not at work he can be found in his wood shop or spending time with his wife and labradoodles, Tucker and Diesel.
Steve N
Steve joined out team in 2021 and serves as our Content Restoration Manager. Steve's certifications include: Contents Processing and Fire and Smoke Restoration, from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He is a Penn State University graduate and enjoys spending time with his family and coaching soccer.
Jason
Jason is our Reconstruction Project Manager. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry to our team. He most recently partnered with a very successful residential construction company. When not working, Jason enjoys spending time at camp with his family.
Evan
Evan is our Lead Estimator. His certifications WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician, Commercial Drying Specialist, Applied Structural Drying, and Fire and Smoke Restoration from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Additionally he is a certified Crime & Trauma Scene Bio-Recovery Technician. Evan is also part of our Storm Team. When not at work he enjoys snowboarding and golfing.
Lee
Lee is our Warehouse Manager. He brings more than 25 years of experience to our team. When not at work he enjoys hunting and spending time with his family.
Sharon
Sharon is our Esporta Wash System Operator. She joined the team in 2020. She is constantly moving and in her spare time, she is also constantly moving.
Doug
Doug is a Crew Chief and Compliance Manager at SERVPRO of Ebensburg. His certifications include WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician, FSRT-Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, OCT-Odor Control Technician and ASD-Applied Structural Drying Technician, from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He also has his OSHA 10 Construction Safety Certification.
Heather
Heather is a Crew Chief and joined the SERVPRO team this year bringing with her four and a half years of experience in mitigation and reconstruction. She is certified as a WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and OSHA10 Construction Industry Training Program Certification. Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending her time with her 2 daughters.
Kyle
Kyle is our Large Loss Response Team and Storm Production Team Manager at SERVPRO of Ebensburg. His certifications include ECTP-Employee Certification Training Program as well as ASD-Applied Structural Drying Technician, OCT-Odor Control Technician, FSRT-Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician, and WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He also has his OSHA 10 Certification.
Michael
Michael is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Ebensburg. He is certified as a WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician and OCT-Odor Control Technician from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Additionally he is a certified Crime & Trauma Scene Bio-Recovery Technician and has his OSHA 10 Certification.

Charles is a Crew Chief and his certifications include ECTP-Employee Certification Training Program as well as Carpet Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD) from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He also has his OSHA 10 Certification.
Nikki
Nikki is the Commercial Sales and Marketing Representative at SERVPRO of Happy Valley. She obtained her bachelor's and master's degrees from Saint Francis University. She brings more than 20 years of professional sales experience to our team. When not working she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, writing and traveling.
